We are recruiting for an experienced Plant Manager Manufacturing professional to lead full-site operational performance for manufacturing operations in Fresno, CA. This direct hire leadership opportunity is ideal for a hands-on, results-driven operations leader who thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing environment and enjoys building high-performing teams across production, supply chain, customer service, R&D, and Quality/HSE.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple manufacturing divisions, including production, supply chain, customer service, R&D, and Quality/HSE.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that improve productivity, profitability, cost performance, gross margin, inventory management, and working capital.
- Oversee end-to-end operational execution from order intake through production, shipment, logistics, invoicing coordination, and customer delivery.
- Drive Sales & Operations Planning, production planning, scheduling, procurement, supplier performance, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Lead quality, health, safety, and environmental performance by ensuring compliance, monitoring KPIs, reducing risk, and supporting corrective action programs.
- Coach and develop cross-functional teams while building accountability, collaboration, succession planning, and a high-performance culture.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $150,000 to $170,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead full-site manufacturing operations across production, supply chain, customer service, R&D, and Quality/HSE.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on cost reduction, productivity, margin improvement, customer service, and delivery performance.
- Manage S&OP, production planning, sourcing, inventory, warehouse operations, logistics, and supplier performance.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams while aligning operational execution with business goals and Group strategy.
- 10+ years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in manufacturing operations, supply chain, sourcing, production planning, and operational execution.
- Demonstrated success driving productivity, efficiency, cost reduction, gross margin improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Solid operational and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, COGS reduction, CAPEX support, and expense management.
- Strong understanding of customer service, order management, logistics, inventory control, supplier management, and quality processes.
- Ability to lead QHSE compliance, safety culture, risk reduction, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Comfortable collaborating across international teams and matrixed organizational structures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with external manufacturing, subcontractor management, or contract manufacturing.
- Experience with industrial products or engineered solutions.
- Background developing supplier relationships, dual sourcing strategies, sourcing improvements, and supply risk mitigation plans.
- Experience leading R&D, product development, industrialization, product improvement, manufacturability, or time-to-market initiatives.
