NOW HIRING Forklift (Telehandler) OPERATOR

Location: Longview, TX
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per Hour (Based on Experience)

A leading solar racking manufacturer is seeking an experienced Telehandler Operator to support daily operations at a laydown yard in Longview, TX. This is a long-term opportunity with steady work and advancement potential.

Responsibilities:
Safely operate a telehandler to move, load, unload, and stage materials
Transport solar racking components throughout the laydown yard
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Assist with inventory control and material organization
Support warehouse and yard operations as needed
Follow all safety procedures and site requirements

Requirements:
Previous telehandler operation experience required
Ability to safely move and stage large construction materials
Equipment certification preferred
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Preferred Qualifications:
Construction, solar, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
Experience working in a laydown yard or material staging environment
OSHA 10 Certification
