Hand Polisher / Deburr Technician

$20-$28/hr DOE

We're looking for someone with great attention to detail and strong hand skills to join our aerospace manufacturing team.

Experience as a deburr technician is a plus, but we're also interested in candidates with backgrounds such as:

Hand polishing
Metal finishing
Jewelry making/finishing
Nail technician work
Dental lab work
Watch or instrument repair
Precision assembly
Any detailed hand-work requiring patience and craftsmanship

What You'll Do:

Deburr precision machined aerospace components
Break edges to specification
Remove sharp edges and imperfections
Hand-finish high-quality metal parts
Inspect your work to ensure parts meet quality standards

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years of deburring, polishing, finishing, or similar work
Manufacturing experience preferred
Aerospace experience is a plus but not required

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination
Reliable attendance
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug screen

Pay: $20-$28/hr depending on experience and skill level.
