Roller Shade Production Associate

Seeking motivated and hardworking candidates for a wholesaler/manufacturer to work in our roller shade department.

Primary Responsibilities:

Cut fabric, roller tubes, and bottom bars to specified sizes
Assemble brackets
Support general production and warehouse operations as needed
Opportunity to grow into fabric welding

Fast-paced environment requiring continual standing and strong attention to detail.

Required Skills:

Ability to read a tape measure
Basic math skills
Good with hands
Read, write, and speak English

Must be reliable, maintain a positive attitude, be quality-minded, and work well in a team environment.

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to pass a basic math/tape measure test
