Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while also supporting material movement using forklift equipment. This role combines facility upkeep with equipment operation to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Facility Sweeping Sweep shipping areas, docks, racks, the paper warehouse, and the back main aisle regularly.

• Vacuuming Duties Vacuum designated areas as needed to maintain dust-free workspaces.

• Trash & Cardboard Removal Empty trash bins and remove cardboard throughout the facility.

• Baler Operation Operate and perform basic maintenance on the baler while following all safety guidelines.

• Forklift Operation Safely operate stand-up, sit-down, or reach forklifts as required.

• Material Movement Move pallets, stage materials, and support production or shipping needs as assigned.

• General Warehouse Upkeep Maintain a clean, hazard-free environment across all work areas.

• Forklift Experience Prior forklift operation required; certification preferred.

• Dependability Strong attendance and reliability.

• Independent Work Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• Physical Capability Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Safety Awareness Commitment to following all safety procedures and equipment guidelines.

• Warehouse Environment Comfort Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
