Procurement Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the global supply chain and procurement sector, is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Sourcing Analyst, you will be part of the Global Procurement Logistics department supporting strategic sourcing and operational initiatives across the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sourcing Analyst

Location: El Segundo, CA. HYBRID (onsite 4 days a week)

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension/conversion

Pay Range: Depends on Experience

What's the Job?

• Support the transition to a new financial system, including purchase order migration, supplier setup, and stakeholder communication.
• Promote the adoption and effective use of the Coupa e-sourcing platform to enhance standardization and operational efficiency.
• Assist in executing end-to-end sourcing processes such as RFI, RFQ, and RFP, collaborating with the sourcing team and stakeholders.
• Support the source-to-pay process, including supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
• Create and deliver executive presentations to communicate project updates and key insights to stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work comfortably with data and financial figures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle or Coupa systems is a plus.
