What You Will Be Doing

Conduct critical design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with manufacturing processes.

Develop assembly plans and innovative solutions to address daily challenges, ensuring efficient production flow.

Create and maintain detailed manufacturing products and documentation.

Provide direct support on the production floor, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.

Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to develop manufacturing processes.

Interpret drawings and model-based designs, translating them into actionable steps for manufacturability for the production environment.

Collaborate with team members to explore out-of-the-box thinking and contribute to product improvement initiatives.

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX and will require travel as determined by business need to the Palmdale, CA location.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree required to apply

- Experience in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including industrial engineering, planning, scheduling, Quality Assurance &/or production operations.

-Experience supporting vehicle systems installations and electrical harness integration at the air vehicle level.

- Prior team lead experience.

-Active secret security clearance, with investigation in the last 5 years.

-Ability to obtain special program access within 3 months of start date with LM.

-Ability to travel >25% of the time, or based on business needs.
