Machine Operator

Our client, manufacturing and logistics industry is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the warehouse support team supporting production and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Henderson, CO

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM, with occasional Saturday hours depending on workload

What's the Job?

• Operate power saws to cut, slot, and trim wooden pallets accurately and efficiently
• Set up and maintain equipment to ensure smooth production flow
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Maintain quality standards by paying close attention to detail during operations
• Work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and airborne particulates

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in warehouse, lumber, carpentry, roofing, landscaping, logistics, or construction is encouraged
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Must have good balance, coordination, and vision abilities including close, distance, and color vision
