Production Specialist

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated Production Specialist to join their team. As a Production Specialist, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Specialist

Location: Lavonia, GA

Pay Range: $20.20

Shift: Third 10:30p-6:00a

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with operational standards and supervisor instructions.
• Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring productivity and safety protocols are followed.
• Perform visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

What's Needed?

• Ability to operate machinery and material handling equipment.
• Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures diligently.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
