Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing organization , is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting Production and Quality Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills , problem-solving abilities , and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Flint, MI
Pay Range: $38.29/hr $43.76/hr

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production and operating personnel
• Drive improvements in production efficiency, quality, and processes
• Implement and monitor production tracking and quality control systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of production staff

• 810 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and operations
• Experience working with machinery, tools, and maintenance processes
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production setting
• High school diploma or GED required (Associates degree preferred)
