We are seeking a detail-oriented professional ready to support large-scale mammalian cell culture and purification processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
**SHIFT Schedule: The schedule will be from 6:00 pm to 7:00 am, with the first week covering Wednesday to Saturday, and the following week rotating to Wednesday to Friday. This means the schedule alternates each week between four and three nights.**

responsibilities:
- Execute biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including mammalian cell culture, tangential flow filtration (TFF), and column chromatography.
- Operate and monitor sophisticated automation systems such as LIMS, MES, and PI.
- Review and provide technical feedback on operational procedures to incorporate new technologies and standards.
- Utilize Quality systems to manage Deviations, CAPAs, and Change Requests in accordance with cGMP standards.
- Collaborate on process optimization initiatives and support the trending of department metrics.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following PPE protocols and performing physical tasks including equipment connections and material handling.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or Engineering; OR an Associate's degree/Biotech certificate with 2+ years of experience in a regulated biotech environment
- Proven understanding of cGMPs as related to commercial manufacturing operations
- Ability to work a shift schedule: Sunday-Tuesday, alternating Wednesdays (6:00am - 7:00pm)
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and navigate a manufacturing floor (climbing stairs/ladders)
