Machine Operator

Spherion is partnering with a local manufacturing company in Horicon, WI to hire Machine Operators (all shifts).
As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our production process by operating rotational molding equipment to ensure we meet top standards for safety, quality, and delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate Equipment: Run rotational molding machines to meet or exceed plant metrics related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.
Teamwork & Assembly: Work collaboratively with your team to assemble and dismantle production molds.
Material Handling: Remove molded parts from the molds, monitor part temperatures, and conduct mold changes using overhead cranes and rigging.
Quality Control: Use feedback from Trimmers inspecting the product to drive process improvements, reduce scrap, and improve productivity.
Documentation: Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs in production and quality logs.
Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to safety procedures, company 6S requirements, and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
