Manufacturing Integration Technician

At World View, we strive to be a responsible technology leader in the collection, analysis, and delivery of actionable information gathered by our strategically placed arrays of persistent sensors in the stratosphere.

We provide on-demand, scheduled, and historical aerial data and analytics from sensors deployed to the stratosphere with persistent coverage, higher resolution, and increased value over traditional aerial and space imagery sources.

At World View we are growing our Integration team and are looking for an Integration Technician. In this role you will work on a variety of steps in the production of stratolite systems including wiring harnesses, metal fabrication, component installation, and more. This is a hands on role.

• Assemble and install wiring harnesses, solar arrays, and related mechanical and electrical components.

• Perform basic metal fabrication and general manufacturing tasks as required.

• Diagnose product issues, identify symptoms, and communicate findings clearly to support resolution.

• Conduct quality checks throughout production to ensure compliance with specifications and final product standards.

• Provide technical support for payload integration and flight operations as needed.

• Support departmental goals, initiatives, and overall organizational vision.

• Contribute as an individual contributor on projects that impact department-wide outcomes.

• Operate under general supervision while aligning work with company strategy and objectives.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field.

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and standard assembly equipment.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a production environment.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

• Experience working in Foreign Object Damage (FOD)-controlled environments.

• Proficient in the safe and accurate use of measuring instruments.

• Ability to read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings and specifications.

• Strong ability to follow procedures, work instructions, and checklists with attention to detail.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated teamwork mindset with a willingness to support production goals and deadlines.

• Committed to company operating principles and quality standards.

• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
