What You’ll Do (Your Mission)
- Lead with Impact: Coach, mentor, and schedule a talented team of production workers. You’ll be the driving force behind their daily success.
- Own the Floor: Monitor printing and finishing workflows, optimize daily schedules, and adjust operations on the fly to eliminate downtime.
- Champion Quality: Ensure every run meets strict quality standards, precise customer specs, and color accuracy requirements.
- Prioritize Safety: Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure a culture where everyone goes home safely.
- Keep Us Moving: Partner with Maintenance to troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with Logistics and QA to keep the plant perfectly synchronized.
- The Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing, with 1+ years leading a team. Experience in flexible packaging, flexography, or press operations is a massive plus.
- The Mindset: A proactive problem-solver focused on continuous improvement (Lean/5S is a plus).
- The Communication: Ability to bridge gaps between shifts and keep a diverse crew motivated during peak production rushes.
- The Basics: HS diploma/equivalent, strong tech/MS Office literacy, and a rock-solid understanding of safety standards.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the production process to ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Workflow Optimization: Monitor production schedules and workflow to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and adjust operations as needed to meet production targets.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Address any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
- Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure they are properly maintained and repaired.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics) to ensure smooth plant operations and continuous workflow.
