What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assemble electro-mechanical systems, subassemblies, and precision components
  • Read and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and build instructions
  • Install wiring harnesses, connectors, sensors, circuit boards, and control components
  • Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, and fastening of parts and assemblies
  • Solder and connect electrical components with care and accuracy
  • Test assemblies using multimeters and basic diagnostic tools
  • Troubleshoot build issues and help refine the assembly process
  • Work closely with engineers and technicians to solve real-time production challenges
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, electronics, or manufacturing environments
  • Comfort working with wiring, small components, and hand tools
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions
  • Attention to detail when working with precision assemblies
  • Problem-solver who enjoys figuring out how things work (and how to make them work better)
  • Familiarity with soldering and basic electrical testing is a plus

salary: $45,000 - $54,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions
  • Install and route wiring harnesses, cables, connectors, and terminal blocks
  • Mount and secure electrical components such as circuit boards, sensors, switches, relays, and power supplies
  • Perform mechanical assembly tasks including fitting, fastening, and aligning parts using hand and power tools
  • Solder wires, terminals, and electronic components as required
  • Conduct continuity checks and basic electrical testing using multimeters and other diagnostic tools
  • Verify proper fit, function, and alignment of both mechanical and electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and correct wiring or mechanical defects
  • Follow ESD (electrostatic discharge) safety procedures when handling sensitive components
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
  • Maintain accurate build documentation, test results, and production records
  • Work with engineers and technicians to resolve build or design issues
  • Perform basic maintenance and calibration of tools and assembly equipment
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (including OSHA and ESD protocols)
