Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate embroidery machine.

- Review work orders and patterns to determine cutting requirements and machine settings.

- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and accuracy of cuts, making adjustments as necessary.

- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring alignment, size, and quality meet standards.

- Maintain and clean cutting machines, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.

- Record production data, including quantities, materials used, and any issues encountered.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience operating textile or similar cutting machinery is preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret patterns, work orders, and technical instructions.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and operate machinery safely.

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
