Production Supervisor - Shipping & Receiving

We are looking for a Production Supervisor located in Tulsa, OK in the Shipping and Receiving Department. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.

What you will do:

• Responsible for leading a team of skilled workers to meet production schedules.
• Collaborates with the production manager to develop and execute production activities in a safe working environment.
• Follows quality controls and procedures to ensure that raw material and finished goods comply with product specifications.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment and promptly addresses any safety concerns.
• Prepares and maintains production reports, including performance metrics, production output, and quality data, and provides regular updates to management.
• Safety-sensitive.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience will be considered.

• Supervisory experience preferred but not required. Qualified candidates without formal supervisory experience may be considered based on their skills, experience, and demonstrated ability to lead teams or projects.
