Forklift Operator

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator for a well-established distribution company located in Austin. In this role, you'll support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, organized, and ready to work in a hands-on environment. As a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving, unloading, and stocking materials accurately and safely * Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment * Using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment (forklift if certified) * Assisting with cycle counts and inventory accuracy * Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards * Supporting other departments as needed for smooth operations What you'll need: * 1-2 years of warehouse, general labor, or material handling experience * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift * Strong attention to detail and time management skills * Reliable transportation and excellent attendance * Team player attitude with a willingness to learn Perks: * $18-$19/hour with weekly pay * Full benefits package: medical, vision, health, and life insurance * Paid time off * Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:30pm daytime schedule * Career growth opportunities with a supportive team Click on Apply Now to be considered for the Warehouse Associate role, or visit our website www.openwork.com to explore other available opportunities.
