Sirius Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for an onsite opportunity in St Louis, MO.
Job Title : Manufacturing Technician
Contract : 1 year (Temp to hire)
Location : St Louis, MO
Schedule: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs(10 hour shifts) (10p - 8:30a)
Training will be on first shift for 2-3 months. Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
Pay : $23/hr + 15% shift differential = $26.45/hr
Must be clean-shaven for PPE compliance, including wearing respirators for an extended period time.
Essential Job Functions:
- Clean Out of Place (COP) and Clean In Place (CIP) systems.
- Kaps All Torquer and label line equipment.
- Execute hand torque and torque testing.
- Perform packaging operations for bags and bottles.
- CIP Bag Fill Line operations.
- Pull bottles from inventory and pass through to Class 100 cleanroom.
- Routine and phenolic cleaning of rooms.
- Manual cleaning of small parts.
- Proper waste disposal. Execute batch records in SAP (eBR).
- Maintain and update all applicable logbooks and documentation.
- Communicate production status and report deviations to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety policies and production procedures.
- Use, clean, and store personal protective equipment appropriately.
- Label all in-process equipment and containers properly.
- Take necessary action to address unsafe conditions.
- Maintain good housekeeping in manufacturing and working areas.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- SAP experience required.
- Experience troubleshooting on an assembly line.
- Proficiency in setting up and ensuring packaging equipment operates properly.
- Experience testing lab equipment, cleaning materials and parts.
- Familiarity with pallet jack operation.
- Must pass a physical examination.
- Steel-toed shoes are required.
