RPM Staffing is looking for an experience Quality Assurance Manager for an Industrial Manufacturing facility in Bonham, TX!
Pay:From $70,000.00 per year
Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm (Some overtime may require hours between 5am-5pm and some Saturdays)
Responsibilities:Overseas and manages all aspects of assigned area that include but are not limited to:
Ensure a safe working environment while abiding and enforcing Safety Policies.
Reviews Quality objectives with Sr. leadership and plans accordingly to meet these goals and directs the team focus. (e.g. additional resources, control and manage overtime, capacity, and headcount)
Responsible for ensuring that capacity is managed efficiently, and key performance indicators are part of the employees process measurements and performance evaluation.
Manage, train, and educate direct reports in order that the requirements of job performance, organizational efficiency, and people development are achieved.
Works directly with the Quality Systems manager to ensure compliance and integrity of the TRI quality system and ISO 9001:2015 standards always.
Ensures the appropriate documentation is completed by all members under his supervision and reports any issues.
Effectively managing the inspection activity using a high degree of initiative and judgment in analyzing problems and directing teams in appropriate application of corrective actions.
Execute the inspection plans to ensure optimization of personnel so that the products are delivered exceeding customer quality expectation and in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Provides high level communication to leadership regarding the performance of the production departments regarding quality. Metrics, NCRs, Defect rating, and overall scrap rates. Promote Safety, Quality and On time delivery is key to success.
Establish goals, performance targets and performance standards for the inspection team. Measure the achievement of goals, performance targets and performance standards.
Interacting with all levels of TRI employees to resolve quality issues and RCCA and track the closure and effectiveness of the CA.
Communicates with customers when required to assist in resolving complaints, questions, or concerns regarding quality issues or product changes.
Sharing knowledge and experience gained with other parts of the business.
Work with S/L, managers, supervisors and support staff on problem analysis, solution simulations and implementation of improvements.
Develop processes and methods for creating and maintaining an organized, clean, high performance focused factory. Able to implement 6S and continuous improvement to maintain the department.
Carry out any other duties as and when required.
Perform duties IAW the company's Quality management system and ISO standard 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
