Production Operator - 2nd Shift The Production Operator position offers an opportunity to work within a fast?paced manufacturing environment, supporting precision production processes. Shift of the Production Operator: M-T 3pm-1am - every Friday off Pay Rate of the Production Operator: $21 + shift diff -22.75/hr Responsibilities of the Production Operator: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing machines Select appropriate programs and properly load and unload substrates Operate all machines and equipment safely Accurately read and interpret work instructions, dimensional drawings, and specifications Inspect substrates for correct quantity and quality prior to processing Perform visual and microscope inspections, including 100% inspection before the next operation Identify non?conforming products and place material on hold when necessary Make process?approved machine adjustments to ensure quality output Remain focused on producing high?quality product to support yield and on?time delivery goals Document production activity in the ERP system and relevant quality databases Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area Qualifications of the Production Operator: High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read, understand, and interpret dimensional drawings Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001, and industry standards such as MIL?STD and/or IPC preferred Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Detail?oriented, self?motivated, and team?focused mindset Strong critical?thinking skills with the ability to apply known inputs and outputs Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR regulations Production Operators Apply Today!
