What Youll Do

  • Lead and implement a comprehensive Industrial Safety Program

  • Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations

  • Drive a strong safety culture through training, coaching, and engagement

  • Oversee contractor safety programs and compliance documentation

  • Manage industrial hygiene programs (noise, dust, exposure monitoring)

  • Deliver new hire, refresher, and ongoing safety training programs

  • Supervise Radiation Safety Program and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Support emergency response planning and continuous safety improvements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of industrial safety experience (uranium, energy, or heavy industry a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910 & 1926 standards

  • OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent safety credentials)

  • Experience in safety training, investigations, and compliance

  • Ability to lead, communicate, and influence across teams

  • Background in industrial hygiene, environmental monitoring, or radiation safety is a plus
