Second Shift Shipping Supervisor - Manufacturing

We are seeking a hands-on Second Shift Shipping Supervisor to oversee outbound operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising daily shipping activities including staging, packing, loading, carrier coordination, and shipment accuracy while ensuring all orders are processed safely and on time.

The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing shipping or logistics leadership experience and a strong ability to lead teams, coordinate across departments, and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing shipping documentation, supporting inventory and cycle counts, monitoring KPIs, and helping implement continuous improvement initiatives related to workflow, safety, and dock utilization.

Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years of shipping/logistics experience with prior supervisory experience preferred. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, lean manufacturing, 5S, and safety compliance standards is highly valued.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1:30PM - 11PM

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
