Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for this role.

Schedule

• First Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday-Friday)

• Overtime may be available based on production needs

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to safety and quality standards

• Set up machines, adjust settings, and perform basic troubleshooting

• Conduct routine quality checks and document production data

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience preferred (manufacturing or production environment)

• Ability to read and understand work instructions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
