Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our team in assembling large control panels for water jets. Initially, you will start with assembling the aluminum backing panel by adding initial breakers and other components. As you gain efficiency, you will advance to wiring and completing the full assembly. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with electrical assembly, soldering, crimping, and be proficient in reading and writing English with good computer skills. All standard operating procedures and work orders are electronic.
Responsibilities
Assemble starting aluminum backing panels with initial breakers and components.
Progress to assembling full control units for water jets.
Perform mechanical assembly and troubleshooting using OM and Volt Meters.
Conduct electrical enclosure assembly, control cabinet setup, and cable assembly.
Execute soldering, crimping, and wiring tasks as per schematics.
Essential Skills
Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with hand tools and mechanical components.
Experience in electrical assembly and subassembly.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
Competency in crimping and soldering.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Vocational or accredited certifications in the electrical/mechanical field preferred.
Experience with Lean methodologies is a plus.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, safe, and fast-paced production environment in Kent, WA. You will be on your feet for 10-hour shifts, handling sheet metal and pulling carts with products weighing up to 200 lbs. The workplace prioritizes safety and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
