Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Fort Payne, Alabama

Pay Range: $16.00 $17.00 per hour

Shift: Multiple shifts available:

• Monday Thursday: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
• Monday Thursday: 3:00 PM 1:30 AM
• Friday Sunday: 5:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Friday Sunday: 5:00 PM 5:30 AM
• Friday Sunday: 3:30 PM 2:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Assemble products and components according to specifications and blueprints
• Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior manufacturing experience required
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts
