Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting daily warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Mansfield, MA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Receiving: Break down inbound freight, verify packing accuracy, and offload tractor-trailers.
• Stocking: Utilize an RF scanner to accurately store and locate products in the correct warehouse bins.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick orders accurately and build pallets for daily customer routes.
• Shipping/Loading: Load pallets onto 26-foot box trucks using electric pallet jacks.
• Equipment Operations: Safely operate warehouse machinery such as order pickers, reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and pallet jacks.

What's Needed?

• Physical strength to lift and move 50+ lbs repetitively throughout the shift.
• Previous warehouse and powered industrial truck (PIT) experience is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desired.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
