Machine Operator

Position Description/Minimum Qualifications *

Looking for physically motivated people who like to find better ways to do things while paying attention to detail. We have two jobs open and both have room for advancement.

Shear operator / lead - this person works on the shear lines, as an operator learning the equipment and safety, once fully trained, will ask this person to seek out better ways to for the job, train others and progress into other area of finishing.

The second job is blending and carding, again, a physical job blending fibers together learning the machinery and then learning enough to become a lead in that department.

We are willing to train.

Special Skills

Working with textile equipment a plus.

Mechanical ability gives you a big leg up.

Willingness to work a physical job, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to read and write in English.
