Core Responsibilities

• Lead capital and manufacturing engineering projects across all product families.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, POs, capitalization, and financial performance.
• Drive cost savings, capacity expansion, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Support capital equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and integration .
• Execute equipment and process validations ( IQ, OQ, PQ ) using statistical methods.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, equipment, and production issues.
• Develop technical specifications, SOPs, and controlled documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Suppliers, and Contract Manufacturers.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (or Advanced Degree + 2 years).
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (Medical Device preferred).
• Strong Project Management experience.
