Digital Press Operator / Binderyman

Location: Minuteman Press Miami / The Falls

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Overview:
- Seeking an experienced digital press operator with finishing skills to run digital presses and handle finishing tasks.

Key Duties:
- Operate digital presses (Xerox, Xante, Ricoh, etc.)
- Perform finishing: trimming, folding, binding, laminating, heat pressing (Challenge, Duplo, MBM, etc.)
- Maintain equipment and ensure quality
- Follow safety guidelines, meet deadlines and maintain an organized workspace

Requirements:
- 2+ years digital press and finishing experience
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, reliable & good with hands
- Physical ability to handle materials and lift 50 lbs.
