Responsible for all aspects of production build area to include, Safety, Quality, Cost, Schedule and workplace culture.
Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

F-35 Manufacturing structures and systems manufacturing experience.
Strong team building skills leading hourly collective bargaining units.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain engaged and productive working relationships.
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in
a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization, support organizations, customers, and governmental oversight organizations.
