Production Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting daily production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Darien, WI

Pay Range: $22.56/hr

Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery efficiently and safely
• Assist in the assembly and handling of large parts and materials
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing PPE such as steel shoes and safety glasses
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to supervisors promptly

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently throughout the day
• Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and PPE requirements
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Comfort with physical tasks and standing for extended periods
• Availability to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed
