What Youll Do Accurately process sales orders, shipping documentation, and ERP transactions Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and ensure accuracy in items, quantities, and labeling Prepare and validate shipments, selecting the most efficient shipping methods Maintain on-time shipment schedules and resolve discrepancies proactively Receive deliveries, inspect for accuracy/damage, and update inventory systems Support warehouse organization, safety standards, and workflow efficiency Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and shrink-wrap machines safely Assist with cross-functional tasks including packaging, inventory movement, and production support Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations What Were Looking For 12+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy under pressure Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Comfortable handling physical tasks and operating warehouse equipment Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and meet deadlines consistently Team player with a sense of urgency and accountability Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset Standout Candidates Will Have: Experience with regulated or high-compliance shipping processes Forklift or warehouse equipment experience A track record of reliability and problem-solving in fast-paced environments Why Join Us?
