Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a 4-Slide Machine Setup Technician / Operator:

• Set up, operate, and monitor 4-slide and multi-slide forming machines
• Perform machine adjustments to ensure product quality and production efficiency
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as they arise
• Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
• Change tooling and perform basic machine maintenance as needed
• Maintain production records and quality documentation
• Work closely with supervisors and production teams to meet production goals
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  
• Experience with 4-slide, multi-slide, stamping, wire-forming, or metal-forming equipment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Ability to read blueprints or production drawings preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and be trained on specialized equipment
