Production Operator

Production Operator - Wayne, PA

Multiple Shifts Available!

-Responsibilities
*Receives materials for processing, as delivered to work area by storekeeper.
*Moves full and empty pallets into and out of work positions.
*Moves empty cartons from input to output end of conveyor lines.
*Manually transfers substrates and catalysts from one power driven conveyor to another according to prearranged patterns.
*Visually checks each piece for obvious defects or damage. If defective, places aside for disposition by others. Check pieces visually for surface defects and streaks.
*Weighs and records process control pieces. If weights are outside prescribed limits, notifies immediate supervisor.
*Maintains identity of parts according to lot numbers.
*As required, perform other duties associated with maintaining flow of production.
*Cleans equipment, as required.
*Maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition.

-Requirements
HS Diploma or GED Required
2+ years of manufacturing/warehouse experience
Ability to operate a pallet jack

-Preferred
Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
Previous forklift experience
