Lead Mobile Equipment Operator

Trinity Rail is hiring a Lead Mobile Equipment Operator ( Switch Crew Lead) at our Jonesboro plant.

The Switch Crew Lead position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who does not stray away from a challenge. As a member of the team at Trinity, youll Operate mobile equipment such as lift trucks, overhead cranes, track mobiles/switch engine and/or yard vehicles in order to move materials and products between work stations and/or receiving and storage locations. You will ensure proper identification of parts and materials. You will follow all safety rules and practices. You may be involved insafety committees or initiatives. You will also be expected to perform all other duties as assigned.

What youll do:

Operate multiple pieces of mobile equipment including lift trucks with greater than 55K pound capacity

Operate a trackmobile or switch engine

Maintain records

Lead team by assigning tasks

Assists in completion of all tasks to meet deadlines

Maintains and Improves Quality

Trains lower levels

What youll need:

Minimum 4-6+ years of related experience
