Job DescriptionAdecco is immediately hiring multiple Manufacturing Associates for a company in Nampa, ID! As a Manufacturing Associate, you will help build and assemble modular homes in an indoor, fully climate-controlled factory assembly line.
Pay: $18-22 DOE
Shift/Hours Options:
+ 4-10s: Mon-Thurs 7:00am-5:30pm
+ 3-12s: Fri/Sat/Sun 6:00am-6:00pm
Responsibilities
+ Follow written instructions and diagrams to cut and measure wood to create kits for walls and floors/ceilings
+ Use tape measure and power tools including hand and table saws, drills, routers and nail guns
+ Perform tasks such as assisting in laying insulation and electrical wiring, painting and final finish
+ Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned by leadership
Qualifications
+ 2+ years Construction, Carpentry, Woodworking or relevant experience
+ A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
+ Ability to read a tape measure and use hand, power and pneumatic tools
+ Strong problem-solving and self-starting abilities
+ Passion for innovation and process improvement
+ Ability to stand, bend for duration of shift
+ Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Electrical wiring installation experience

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
