Machinist

We are looking for an individual who can operate Haas NGC and CNC controlled machines like Lathe and mill to make plastic & metal parts. Experience is a plus but not required. We want someone who is willing to learn how to properly use our machines.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Starting pay: 25/H (Pay may vary depending on experience)

Selects, aligns and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials on machines such as mills and lathes.

Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow and depth and angle of cut.

Operates and observes machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust machine controls or control media as required..

Verifies dimensions and alignment of assembly- Installs machined replacement parts in mechanisms, machines and equipment and tests operations of unit to ensure functionality and performance.

Experience with Autodesk Inventor

Knowledge and experience in observation of machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-balance situations.
