Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Forklift Production Associate 1st shift to join their team. As a Forklift Production Associate 1st shift, you will be part of the production support team, playing a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of food product ingredient manufacturing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Production Associate 1st shift

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: $23 plus

Shift: 12pm - 8:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Perform unskilled and semi-skilled procedures in the process of manufacturing food product ingredients

  • Load and unload materials efficiently and safely

  • Package finished products with precision and care

  • Operate forklift and other material handling equipment responsibly

  • Maintain cleanliness of machines and facilities to ensure a sanitized environment

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Forklift certification

  • Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and safety training

  • Repetitive lifting capability of 50 to 80 pounds

  • Willingness to work in wet environments and handle hazardous chemicals safely
