Forklift Operator, Warehouseman ($500 Hiring Bonus)

Looking for a full-time Forklift Operator, Warehouseman for our Specialized Transportation Team who works well in a fast-paced warehouse team environment, is highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and can efficiently multi-task to ensure timely completion of job duties.

Department: Specialized Transportation
Hours: Monday through Friday - varied start times from 6:30am; weekends as necessary; non-exempt
Overtime: Usual and required

Essential Duties:
Load, unload, and move freight safely by hand or with forklifts and pallet jacks.
Pick, verify, and organize inventory in the warehouse and storage areas.
Assist with deliveries, pick-ups, and order preparation as needed.
Inspect shipments, confirm paperwork, and help maintain accurate inventory records.
Operate warehouse equipment and support paint order fulfillment when required.
Keep the warehouse, equipment, and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
Follow supervisor instructions and assist with daily warehouse closing tasks.
Follow all safety procedures, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and report hazards promptly. Comply with all company safety rules, including reporting unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, illnesses and injuries to supervisor or manager and actively participate in identifying ways to make our company a safer place to work.
Assist with training and other warehouse support tasks as needed.
Manual labor and all other tasks/job duties as assigned/required by the Company.

Qualifications: Required (R) or Preferred (P)
Minimum 2 years related business experience: (R)
High school diploma or equivalent: (R)
Fluency in English (oral and written): (R)
Effective oral and written communication: (R)
Forklift and electric pallet jack certified: (R)
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.: (R)
