WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform tenant pre-move-in prep and move out repairs and cleanup
- Handle routine maintenance and upkeep for commercial properties
- Compete general repairs - drywall, fixtures, painting, carpentry, and more

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Some hands-on maintenance/experience in the skilled trades preferred
- Willing to learn, work hard, and show up consistently
- good attitude and a team-first mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
