A local Florida manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Assembler to join our production team. This position involves assembling metal components used in industrial platforms, maintenance stands, and custom structural products.
Candidates should have manufacturing or assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Applicants should also be comfortable using hand and power tools and reading basic blueprints or assembly drawings.
Schedule: Monday Friday
Pay Rate: $18$20/hour based on experience
1st Shift: 5:00 AM 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Assemble metal platforms, stands, frames, and structural components
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and assembly drawings
Use hand tools, power tools, drills, grinders, and measuring tools
Assist with fitting, aligning, and securing metal parts
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work closely with welders and fabrication team members
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Experience using hand and power tools
Basic blueprint reading skills preferred
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
