Machine Operator - Early Weekend

As a Machine Operator, you will perform various finishing processes on plastic cards and sheets using specialized machinery. Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process.

• Operate production machinery while monitoring the quality of output and machine performance.
• Make machine adjustments using hand tools to ensure product quality and production speed.
• Complete paperwork and data entry as required by ISO or department procedures.
• Review job specifications and communicate pertinent issues to the production lead or Process Team Coach.
• Perform routine operator maintenance of machinery and assist other operators as needed.
• Engage with the production floor supervision system to accurately reflect machine status changes.
• Support the plant-wide 5S continuous improvement program.

• Ability to comprehend, speak, write, and read English.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and calipers.
• Ability to interpret and work from established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and ability to stand for 8 hours if necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating production machinery.

• Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Training: Available for 6-8 weeks on 1st shift hours.
• Location: 100% onsite in Montgomeryville, PA.
• Safety shoes required; additional personal protective equipment may be necessary.
