Manufacturing Technician – Assembly

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Manufacturing Operations:
	- Identify and understand challenges faced by production operators
		 - Participate actively in manufacturing processes and activities
		 - Analyze issues to determine root causes
		 - Develop innovative process, tooling, and technology solutions
		 - Assist with employee training initiatives
	
			
	 - Identify and understand challenges faced by production operators
- Collaborate and Problem-Solve:
	- Work closely with engineers and technical specialists
		 - Communicate with vendors regarding emerging technologies
		 - Partner with machining professionals
		 - Help with design reviews and risk management assessments
	
			
	 - Work closely with engineers and technical specialists
- Establish New Manufacturing Processes:
	- Assemble engineering prototypes and low-volume products
		 - Develop build procedures and instructional documentation
		 - Design and implement new tooling
	
			
	 - Assemble engineering prototypes and low-volume products
- Contribute to Product Verification and Validation:
	- Define product requirements
		 - Create and manage verification and validation plans
		 - Perform product testing
		 - Ensure compliance with documented processes

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Associate degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience
	 - Ability to interpret mechanical drawings
	 - Skilled in the use of measurement instruments
	 - Strong communication skills
	 - Experience with SolidWorks
	 - High attention to detail and commitment to quality
