Production Associate-1st Shift

7 :45am- 5 :45pm(hours subject to change) M-Th $21Hr. Pro Resources is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join a team in Whitestown, IN. In this role, you will play a key part in the coating process by preparing and handling materials along the production line to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Schedule:
Training(1 week):6:45am – 4:45pm Monday-Thursday: 7 :45am- 5 :45pm Friday: 7 :45am- 3 :45pm 1st Day:8:30am-5:45pm Benefits: Weekly Pay Medical, Dental, Vision Essential Functions: Manually unload parts from the production line Perform material handling tasks safely and efficiently Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met Pack finished products for shipment Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or production experience Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Strong attention to detail for quality checks Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift at least 50lbs Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check #Crawfordsville
