Machine Operator – Production & Line Feeding Location: Concord, NC Salary Range: $17.00 - $21.00 / hour (Depending on shift & experience) Job Type: Full-Time

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (Machine operation preferred!).
  
  
• Physical stamina—ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  
  
• Great attention to detail and an eye for quality.
  
  
• Reliable transportation to the Concord area and a rock-solid attendance record.
  
  
• Note: This is a hands-on mechanical feeding and production role. This is NOT a CNC programming or high-tech machining position.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Feed Materials: Safely load raw materials, components, or sheets into production machinery to keep lines running continuously.
  
  
• Monitor Performance: Keep a close eye on machine operations to ensure there are no jams, errors, or safety hazards.
  
  
• Quality Assurance: Perform basic visual inspections on finished products as they come off the machine to catch any defects early.
  
  
• Maintain the Flow: Unload finished materials and stack, stage, or prep them for the packaging and shipping teams.
  
  
• Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with OSHA standards.
