CNC Operators & Machinists (DIRECT HIRE) 1st Shift

We are looking for a CNC Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team! If you have experience in setting the tooling and/or simply running a CNC machine we have an opportunity right in DuBois, PA! CNC Operators and CNC Machinists are encouraged to apply! If you're looking to get started in this field, training is also available for the right candidate!

Job Description:

• DIRECT HIRE positions - whether you're just getting started or have years of experience in CNC machining we have opportunities for you! DIRECT HIRE that means youll be hired directly by the company, not through our agency. These are full-time, permanent positions with great benefits and long-term growth potential!

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Adjust machine settings and tooling for accuracy and quality
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot and correct machining issues as needed
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to maintenance/supervisor

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 6 months

Related Experience: Full Time, Detail-oriented, Warehouse, Machinist, CNC Machine Operator
