Nexeo Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator for a high-precision CNC manufacturing environment specializing in machining, milling, and custom metal components serving industries such as aerospace, medical, automotive, and industrial manufacturing. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in CNC production, quality inspection, and manufacturing operations who want to grow in a clean, organized, and quality-driven facility.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor CNC machines in a production environment

Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet strict quality and tolerance standards

Perform in-process quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Identify defects and take corrective action to maintain product quality

Follow blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing specifications

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Support production goals while maintaining high attention to detail

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator, CNC Operator, or Manufacturing Operator

Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, or specifications

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

High School Diploma or GED required

Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent schedule

Preferred:

Experience in quality inspection, machining, or metal production

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
