You will oversee up to 30 people throughout your shift and be responsible for managing labor efficiency, production throughput, daily metrics, and product flow. Responsibilities Supervise a team of up to 30 individuals during your shift. Ensure labor efficiency and production throughput meet organizational standards. Monitor and report on daily metrics and production flow. Prioritize safety, turnover, and retention among team members. Foster strong rapport with direct reports, ensuring accountability and accurate documentation. Work on the production floor to manage and guide daily operations 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
