Hire Dynamics is currently seeking several experienced Fiber Optic Laser Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing/fabrication facility in the North Charlotte area. Shift/Pay:

• 2nd Shift: 1pm 9pm (Must be available to train on 1st shift: 5am 1pm)
• $20 - $28, based on experience

What Youll Do:

• Set up laser equipment by preparing materials, adjusting settings, and assisting with changeovers
• Perform inspections including first-piece checks and in-process quality monitoring
• Complete production documentation such as control charts and quality logs
• Troubleshoot issues and make equipment adjustments as needed
• Support team operations by assisting coworkers and demonstrating procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following all policies and preventative maintenance guidelines

What Were Looking For:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to read technical drawings, routers, and production documentation
• Strong math and measurement skills using hand-held tools
• Experience operating Fiber Optic Laser Equipment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to learn
